Are you keeping hatred in your heart? Do you still hate someone because of what he/she has done to you? Are you keeping a lifetime grudge?
Sometimes it is hard for us to forgive specially if that person has really hurt us so bad. It is even harder when this person didn’t mind asking for forgiveness because of pride. When pride and pride clash there’s nothing good to expect, disaster of relationship happens. It takes a humble and understanding heart to rise above it. We shouldn’t live by hate. Hate produces different evil works that in the end the product is pain.
God is love. We are commanded by God to love one another. Let us put His words in our heart and follow it.
Forgiveness will set us free from hate and its kind. Let us not harden our hearts. Let us be reminded by God’s Words always. We all know that it is the truth and will set us all free.
Thou shalt not hate thy brother in thine heart: thou shalt in any wise rebuke thy neighbor, and not suffer sin upon him.
Thou shalt not avenge, nor bear any grudge against the children of thy people, but thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself: I am the LORD.
Love must be without hypocrisy. Detest evil; cling to what is good. Show family affection to one another with brotherly love. Outdo one another in showing honor. — Romans 12:9-10
